"I had a great experience with It’s So Clean -North Shore. I contacted them at the last minute and they were very quick to respond and accommodate my timing. The team did an amazing job, especially with my bathroom and carpeted stairs. There was a lot of pet fur in the carpet, and they cleaned it so thoroughly. Everything looked fresh and spotless afterwards. Communication was easy from start to finish, and the team was friendly, professional, and efficient. I’m really happy with the service and would definitely recommend them to anyone on the North Shore looking for reliable cleaners."

"Michael and his team have cleaned three of our places over the last six months. Two houses and a flat, including two exit cleans where we got our full bond back both times. Genuinely a relief both times. What we noticed from the very first message was how easy they are to deal with. Most replies came back the same day on WhatsApp, which beat every other cleaner we contacted by a good few days. Quotes were competitive and honest, and the final bill always matched what we'd been told upfront, with no awkward extras at the end. We've just signed them up as our regular cleaners for our new home, which probably tells you what you need to know. Couldn't recommend them more highly."

"I had a really great experience with this cleaning service. From the first visit, everything felt well-organised and thoughtfully done. The team was professional, friendly, and paid attention to the details that actually make a difference: fresh, clean surfaces, tidy spaces, and that overall feeling of walking into a home that’s been properly cared for. Communication was smooth and easy, which made the whole process even better. I’m very happy with the service and will definitely be using them again. Highly recommend!"

"I had a kitchen deep clean with Bea, Sandra, and Tairine. They came in and worked so efficiently and professionally and were done with some very detailed cleaning in 1.5hrs! In the past I have never actually been very happy with cleaners as I am quite a perfectionist when I clean, but I couldn't find a single fault with their work. They were all very respectable, and the communication ahead of time with Michel was incredibly easy. I will definitely be using It's So Clean again without hesitation."
